At BTPerformance, the focus is on training students and educators to develop the C.L.E.A.T Mindset, rather than dwelling on the lack of resources. Our brochure highlights our methodical process for instilling an "entrepreneurial spirit" within students and educators. Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, the C.L.E.A.T Mindset has led to an 11% growth in student testing and up to a 30% increase in individual TEKS. Our concept model has demonstrated a benefit-to-cost ratio of $16 for every $1 invested. The C.L.E.A.T Mindset Case Study will be released at the same time as the education curriculum TBD. The case study shows the positive effects on student learning and the development of student intrinsic motivation.
